Wayne B. Brosman

Wayne B. Brosman is a partner with Ryan & Associates specializing in business litigation, real estate and employment law matters. Mr. Brosman is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Southern and Northern Districts of California. He has extensive experience in state and federal court litigation, including taking depositions and law and motion practice. Mr. Brosman has also successfully tried and arbitrated commercial matters. Mr. Brosman's current practice includes the representation of brokers, manufacturers, pension funds, physicians, landlords and tenants throughout Southern California.

Mr. Brosman began his legal practice in a Los Angeles banking law firm, where he assisted in loan workout agreements and legal issues concerning bank owned properties. Later, he represented pension funds in litigation involving their real estate portfolios.

Mr. Brosman has extensive employment law experience. He served as General Counsel for a Santa Monica, California based medical clinic and research company. Subsequently, he served as Deputy General Counsel for a mortgage broker with branch offices in 48 states. As in-house counsel, Mr. Brosman worked on mortgage compliance, litigation, and personnel matters.

Mr. Brosman was born in Los Angeles, California in 1966 and currently resides there. Mr. Brosman received a B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1988. He participated in a Junior Year Abroad program in Budapest, Hungary, and studied several European languages. In 1991, Mr. Brosman received a J.D. degree from the George Washington University School of Law.
